Lea & Perrins Vinaigrette
Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce, 2tbsp
Dark Soy Sauce, 1tbsp
Olive Oil, 4-5 tbsp
Lemon Juice, 1tbsp
Minced Garlic, 1tsp
Salt, generous pinch to taste
Black Pepper, freshly ground
Shake ingredients in har.
Will keep for 2 weeks
Try replacing lemon juice with Dijon mustard

Today I tried to manage Quincy’s expectation, “you know we won’t be having dinner with Daddy tonight”. Immediately he quipped, “that’s normal”. Followed by and exasperated tone, “again” as if God dyed rolled in that expression. Then he continued, “We usually dong have dinner with Daddy anyway!”

I tried to manage Quincy’s expectation today but carefully letting him know, ever so gently, “you know we won’t be having dinner with Daddy tonight”.
